Coaching & Counselling
We can provide the coaching support necessary to help a newly appointed executive cope with the responsibilities and demands of the role or the counselling needed at times of major change, when significant personal decisions have to be made. In both cases we draw on our widespread experience of the demands and challenges of senior roles. We support our counselling activity where appropriate by the use of psychometric tools, such as personality and motivation questionnaires.
