Candidate & Team Assessment

Bradenlaw also offers a unique perspective on the process of assessing senior staff and managerial competence, potential, and areas for individual and team development activity. We are entirely independent of test publishers, and are free to choose the most appropriate measures to suit each organisation’s culture and needs. We are also well equipped to develop bespoke materials precisely fitted to specific situations . We design job simulation exercises such as in-trays and role-plays, as well as scoreable competency-based interviews.

Individual Candidates

In assessing individual candidates we choose measures best suited to understanding the fit between their capabilities and aspirations and the demands of the role concerned. In reporting our findings we discuss the detail of the fit as well as making suggestions for the future management and support of that individual if hired.

Teams

Our assessment of teams at times of change, such as Re-organisations and Management Buyouts sets out the areas where the team as a whole is strong, where it is likely to show general weakness and where there might be conflicts or conversely synergies. Conflicts can arise where more than one team member is inclined to take a lead, while synergies may be shown if there are ideas people who can be teamed up with implementers.
